Five parks, one family test
We tested these five parks together because one campsite review never gives the full picture, guys. Side by side, the differences become obvious: one works as a quiet stopover, another gives kids a packed day on site, and another earns its price through location and family facilities. This is our motorhome experience, not a list copied from booking pages.
Families often compare the headline pitch, then discover extras after arrival. Awning charges, longer-motorhome fees, activities, food and closed facilities can turn a bargain into an expensive weekend. The smarter question is what your family will use. A pool, clean washrooms, play areas or an easy ride into town may justify more; unused entertainment probably will not. It's boss when it works, let's check it out.
This test suits families choosing between a quiet riverside break, an active holiday park, a coastal base or a one-stop destination. Watch with your children, note everybody's non-negotiables, then price the whole stay before booking. Our verdicts reflect what worked for us, so match them against your crew, your motorhome and the holiday you want.
